You have just received your LM and find that it has a defect?
We apologize in advance! Indeed, despite the importance that we attach to the quality of our products, and despite our multiple controls, it may happen that some manufacturing defects are unfortunately not noted by our teams.
Don’t panic ! First of all, please start by making sure that this is truly a defect. It seems important to us indeed, to remind you that our leathers, natural, may present some small markings and color variations.
If in your opinion it is indeed a manufacturing defect, we invite you to follow the following procedure:
• 1. Go to "My Account" under "History and details of my orders"
• 2. Select the relevant order and click on "Return"
• 3. Select the product you wish to return
• 4. Explain the problem and add a photo
• 5. Choose one of our two available compensation solutions:
a- Product exchange - we send you an identical product within the limit of available stock.
b- Full refund of the value of the product
• 6. Validate your Return: you will then see the status " Confirmation pending " while we are processing your request.
• 7. If your return is validated by our services, the new status "Waiting for parcel" will be displayed, with a downloadable delivery form that you will receive as well by email. You can now return the defective product.
• 8. You will then be informed of the good reception of the parcel by us, via the posting of a new status, "Parcel received".
• 9. Finally, the display of the status "Return completed" will indicate that we proceeded to the compensation, according to the previously determined modalities.
