The preparation will be made within 24 hours and delivery within 48 hours in colissimo or relay point.The products will be delivered within a maximum of 3 working days after receipt of the confirmation of your order. It is understood that delivery times may vary, without exceeding the maximum indicated above, depending on the delivery method chosen by the Customer.
When the order is ready to be shipped, the customer will receive an email to the address provided at the time of ordering, confirming its shipment. An order tracking number will also be sent to the Customer by email.
For complaints concerning ordered products (damaged products, non-conforming products or change opinion) and in the context of exercising the right of retraction, the Customer may return the products to LM Maroquinerie within 14 days of receipt of his order. (proof of deposit being authentic)
